The Black Market: Booby traps:
------------------------------
When you get in the Black Market, Alfred will say something about booby
traps. The first two are unavoidable. If you want to complete the level
you must activate them. The first is after you get off the elevator.
You will go through a door and into an office. In the middle going across
are the motion lasers. There is no way past them. Next, you must trip the
motion sensor. Once that is done, gas will be emitted into the room,
Quickly run to the door that you came through. Look to the left, jump on
the couch, and look up on the left side of the room. There is a balcony
with a grate, on which a grapple may be used. Do this, then drop from the
grate. Run to the conjoined room. Look for a large vase. Throw a Batarang
at it to relieve your lungs of the gas. Jump in the room with the vase
that you broke, then find the door and continue to the next booby trap.
The second booby trap is a lot simpler. You will first notice a vase.
It does not need to be broken. Past it you will see two paths (left and
straight). Go to the left. At the end of the hall is a door guarded by
motion sensor. Trip them, then run to the left or right wall along the
hallway. A painting should slide up, revealing a mini gun prepared to
spray the door on the opposite side of the motion-sensored door. Above
the painting is a grate. Grapple and wait for the intermission sequence.
A man will come out of the locked door. Finish him with the static type
of attack. Drop and go into the room that the man came out of and kill
the unarmed man. Look for the button to open the door which was shot at,
and the door will be unguarded and unlocked.

Complete career mode with your career saved in the first save slot (the top of the list).
Now start a new career, saved in the second slot. After you're in career mode, select Exit
Career to go back to the career selection screen. The game will autosave your new career
as you exit. Now delete your first career, the one you completed. This will move your new
career from the second save slot to the first. Load/Play that career, and you'll see that
you now have the follow stats from your original saved career: Overall & Tier 1-3 Win/Loss,
Win Percentage, and Opponents Seen.
Complete Junkyard: Mission: "Attack Challenge":

This mission requires you to block 50 consecutive attacks. If you miss one, you have to
start over from zero. As you can imagine, this is quite tough. Thanks to a non-obvious
fault of the game, there's a really easy (but kind of long) way to complete this task.
As soon as the match starts, and you can control your character, press the Block button
(R2). If done correctly, your character will get into a defensive position and won't be
able to move. The computer controlled opponent should start to punch and kick you (if
you're lucky, he'll hit you with a weapon). As long as you hold down the Block button,
you won't take any damage and you'll start earning your 50 blocks. As soon as you see
your opponent do a move that looks like it's unblockable, quickly pause the game. Check
your Block counter at the bottom of the screen to make sure it's not at zero, then quit
the match. The game will autosave your progess as it takes you back to the menu. Once
you're back at the menu, press X two times to go back into another match. As before, hold
down the Block button when you have control of your character, and quickly exit to the
menu as soon as you see your opponent do a move that might drop your Block counter down
to zero. If your counter accidentally drops down to zero, reboot your PS2 immediately
(don't exit to the menu, or let the game end the match, or else it will autosave your
zero count). The game will reboot and pull your last saved progress off your memory card.
If you keep this up, you'll eventually get to 50 Blocks. This secret trick was successfully
tested with the AI Difficulty set to Low. I don't know how well it'll work on Medium and High.

Defeating the fire machine:

This is the machine you must fight in order to find Katara. Dodge the fire
bending. Try running left to right, then right to left. Continue this
until you see a flashing light near it, then attack it. Hit it with Aang.
You may use a Chi attack but just a plain attack should work just as well,
however it takes time. You will have Saka (Katara's brother) fighting with
you to do double damage. Once it has around a quarter of its HP gone, the
machine will start throwing fire around. Keep a safe distance from this
attack. It causes no real threat to your or your partner as long as you
stay as far away as possible.
Defeating the Maker's last machine:
-----------------------------------
You can wait for it to stop attacking, or you can attack it, which will
barely affect it. Once it is done attacking, you must attack the sides
which turn red.
Defeating the prison guard:
---------------------------
At first he will shoot fire balls at you. Keep moving left and right, and
closer to him. Once you get close enough he will stop and try to hit you
with his stick. Take a few steps back and let him try to hit you. Move,
and when he stops, hit him. Do this repeatedly until he eventually kneels
down. Then, hit him as many times as possible. He will not fight back.
When he gets up, repeat the same process until there is a short
intermission sequence. He will then use attacks such as curling up in a
ball and swinging his bat in a figure eight style on both sides. Wait
until he is done and then hit him. Repeat this until he is defeated.

Whenever you are in battle you can go back later to get more experience.
Getting easy cash and exprerience Granted by Avatarcheatmaster
The best thing to do is to find items, kill lots of enemies and collect
the money. The items you have collected you can sell at a merchant and you
can get some very hefty prices for stuff. Also for experience it is a good
idea to complete the quests and kill every enemy you see as this helps to
get exp. Also use all the characters as different moves get different exp.
